We offer you as a service provider the complete examination in the NDT of aluminium, magnesium and stainless steel products including appropriate test documentations of our radioscopy machines:
- MU 2000/160 kV PCNC
With digital image enhancement and a storage system with an online data transfer. With our radioscopy process we check the products on extensive displays, such as gas porosity, microshrinkage and individual displays, such as gas bubbles, inclusions, etc. In addition, our experts for materials and welding technology in the sector of non-ferrous metals create reports.
Our X-ray machine has an output of 200 kW/ 4.5 mA. We can x-ray parts with dimensions of up to 2.0 x 1.6 meters. The evaluation of the test is performed by an automatic X-ray film development. The following materials can be checked by us:
- Aluminium
- Magnesium
- Titan
- Nickel
- Chrom-Nickel
- Super duplex
- Special materials

In our penetrant inspection, we can examine the components up to a size of 95cm x 40cm x 25cm.
In addition, our experts for materials and welding technology in the sector of non-ferrous metals create reports.
We control all of our applied fitting techniques in our own metallographic laboratory. We have the following techniques available:
- Stereo microscope
- Reflected light microscopes
- Evaluation system for particle and structural examinations
- Macrosection
- Microsection
